The location was excellent! Our breakfast was fresh and attendant kept it SPOTLESS! She personally serves u fresh bacon 🥓 aswell! Wow! Rooms were only $50 due to off season and come with fridge, coffee maker, and microwave! Fulton pier is close by and we caught 3 catfish within the hour!! Very clean room and property is meticulously kept. Excellent 👌 hotel for the price!! We stayed in RM 104 downstairs and will be back. YES they have the delicious Texas shaped waffles as well 🧇 as part of the free breakfast! Staff were so pleasant 😃

The rooms and buildings can use some updating. Couch beds and beds themselves are worn out rooms are old and dirty looking although they're clean. However the staff is what makes this place great! They're very friendly and keep an eye out on your vehicles and belongings.The housekeepers are super friendly as well as the breakfast staff/cooks. The staff is the only reason we stay here time and time again as the prices between here and higher end places are close. Ac worked really well and that's the main thing.

The surrounding neighbors also demonstrated a friendly demeanor. The accommodations, including the rooms, breakfast options, housekeeping services, and swimming pool, were all meticulously maintained and exceptionally clean.

The room was clean and everything worked. I like that the location is not exactly in the middle of town but close enough to be convenient.

very clean our check in was simple and they accepted our furbabies we did have to pay $10/per dog but we were more than happy to do so the remote was not working so we called the front desk and he made it to our room in 5 minutes and brought us a new remote!
